The parcel will be send with priority mail, after receiving the payment thrue PayPall. Alle items will double boxed !! If the parcel arrives damaged, make first a picture from the parcel, that’s for the Insurance. Please open the parcel, together with a post-official at the postoffice. And when the item appears to be damaged, fill in the special ensuranceform, that you can get at the postoffice. The duration depends of the local Customs. Items will be shipped within 48 hours (or within 30 days when not possible in 48 hours), after recieved payments. If the item is not described, you can return it, and the purchase & shipment costs shall be refunded, not the returning costs.
As a consumer, in The Netherlands you have 14 days of thought when purchasing an item. For return, we require that the item is shipped and insured within 14 days of receiving. The refund will be made within 14 days. Damaged items can not be returned and we will refuse the damaged items. The purchase & shipment costs shall be refunded, not the returning costs.
